Daniel Adeleke

CEO

Dan is an MBA graduate from the University of Maryland with a career as an information Technology and Project Management Consultant. Before launching his own company, Upscale Solutions, Dan acquired more than 15 years of experience consulting for the Federal Government and other major consulting companies in Chicago, Maryland, Washington DC, and Tennessee. Currently, he leads the organization and day-to-day management of this company.

Dan has a passion for all things IT, which, combined with his curious personality and selfless nature has nurtured Upscale Solutions to become an organization that is best positioned to assist businesses and government agencies solve their most pressing business problems. Their IT systems provide a level of care and support that our customers can truly count on. In his spare time, he enjoys giving back to his local community through various organizations, eating anything his wife makes, working out, keeping up with his growing kids, reading and exploring the islands of the world.

Kady Adeleke

Director of Operations

A doctor and a registered nurse, Kady has managed to acquire a wealth of experience working in the health information management department at numerous hospitals across California, New Jersey, and Maryland. Her background in healthcare has been extremely helpful in cultivating her to become an effective manager and leader at the company. She has used her skills and knowledge to manage day-to-day operations and prepare the company for long-term, sustainable growth.

When she’s not working, Kady loves whipping up delicious food, taking care of her three children, and exploring islands she has never visited before.

Mo Afolayan

Business Development Manager

Mo is a diligent, self-motivated, and success-driven business development manager with over 8 years of experience in solution selling and deployment and new business development. His business knowledge has played a key role in developing and maintaining our client relationships, growing our clientele, and expanding our work with current clients.

Being an adventurous and energetic soul through and through, Mo loves to workout, hike, run marathons, cycle, and swim in his free time. Besides this, Mo is a keen reader, a firm believer in exercising both, the body and the mind!

Rachel Young

Manager/Office Administrator

With 35 years of experience under her belt, Rachel brings exceptional value to Upscale Business Solutions as our Office Manager/Administrative Assistant.

Prior to working with Upscale Solutions, Rachel served the federal government (IRS and Department of State for 35 years, making her an administrative and managerial expert.

She is in charge of heading all administrative tasks within the organization and overseeing other client-facing activities. Rachel has established a stellar reputation as a results-oriented manager and has experience with data analysis, documentation, and problem-solving. Her expertise, coupled with her meticulous and detail-oriented nature have allowed her to perform every task while adhering to the highest standards of professionalism.

Rachel supports and upholds the core values of the organization and is a proud member of Upscale Solutions’ dynamic team.

Rachel is a true adventurer at heart. She loves to explore unseen places and go on cruises to take in that fresh ocean air! Her vivacious personality is what drives her creativity and innovation, both in her personal and professional life, allowing her to reach new heights of excellence in all that she does.
